Consignment Relationship:  The store acts as the agent for the Consignor.  Title to the merchandise remains with the Consignor until purchased by the buyer.  The store, at no time, has any title or liability for the merchandise. 

HOW CONSIGNMENT WORKS:
1.  Bring in the merchandise or have it picked up.
(pickup fee:  $20 for 1 mover and a truck or $40 for 2 movers and a truck plus $1.89 per mile calculated from the store to your address and back to the store.  Fee for pickup will be taken out of your portion of the consignment.  No money due at pickup) Start your account with up to 10 items, after half of items sell, then bring in up to another 10, after half  sells... bring in more and so on...  We may allow more than 10 items to start your account, check with the store manager about the type of merchandise to see if you can start the account with a higher amount.  
2.  You will be assigned an account number. 
3.  The pricing on an item will be based on what you want out of it for yourself.  Remember to keep the amounts low for the item to sell quicker.  You have the option of pricing your own items or letting our pricer do it for you. 

4.  After an item sells, it will be posted online under Consignment Accounts or email sent for smaller accounts.  You may have a check mailed to you at anytime you have a balance due by clicking on contact us and selecting schedule a pay out or picking it up at the store.  The check will be mailed within 10 business days.

TAG SALES:  After at least 45 days at regular price, some items will be reduced by 25% (generally the lower priced items will go on sale first - upper priced items usually go 60 to 90 days before the 25% is applied in order to keep quality merchandise in the store and get the cheaper merchandise out).  After at least 120 days a 50% discount will be applied to some items.  After at least 180 days a 75% discount will be applied to some items.  
***Pulling an item from the store that has been placed on consignment but has not been sold -  $15 per item if originally priced over $100 retail and $5 per item if originally priced below $100 retail.
